I’ve tried many types of plant-based milk and creamers, but this is the best one so far both in taste and consistency! It’s not cheap but it’s mild and also great for frothing. I make cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, and if you can’t use it on a regular basis, I think it’s worth it for special occasions.

We go through a lot of milk and wanted to switch to a plant-based milk for the environment. Oat milk is the “greenest” of the plant milks so we started working our way through the many oat milks on the market right now. So many of them taste like paste! Gross. This one does not. It has a great creamy texture (sometimes there are small bits of oat at the bottom of a glass but I have never noticed them while drinking), substitutes really well for dairy milk in most baking/cooking applications, and tastes really good. It has a nutty flavor that both of us really enjoy. I’ll have a glass of it plain now and then, just to enjoy the flavor. We buy it by the case now!

This is the best oatmilk for my coffee – well balanced flavour, smooth texture, and doesn’t taste overly like it’s a plant based milk.. if that makes since. I did order a case of the organic one for pricing between my scheduled subscribe and save orders and it does not have the same flavour as the original I would not buy that one again. The different additives make it have a strong flavour like soy milk does and it overpowers my coffee. The pumpkin spice is also 🔥.

I always keep this milk stocked in my fridge. I make espresso at home and I searched for a long time, trying different vegan barista milk optiions that would steam nicely. Not only does Califia taste excellent, but it was also the most consistent for latte art in my experience. I strongly recommend this oatmilk!

I’ve tried a lot of oat milk and this one tastes best to make coffee. It’s a barista blend so it foams well. It doesn’t have the powdery, starchy mouth feel like some brands. Very creamy and has good oat flavor, not overpowering so it’s good with coffee and matcha. It has subtle sweetness to it so that’s a nice plus for me. I even use it as a substitution for cereal or oatmeal sometimes when I’m without milk.Cons is I notice sometimes it curdles in hot coffee if I add it straight up without steaming. Leaving it out too long and it will clump into this gooey chunks on the bottom. This oat milk seems to have more fat content than some other brands too if you’re watching out for that this might not be ideal.I have been using this milk regularly using subscribe and save. I notice that the price can fluctuate a bit but the price still better than buying singles from the market.

Having a case of smaller cartons in the pantry on hand is perfect! The cartons are small so keeping one or two cold at a time is very easy. With toddlers in the house drinking lots of milk it got unreasonable to keep a large carton of alternative milk for myself in the fridge. This barista oat milk is a perfect thickness and flavor as well as shelf stable before opening.

Delivery was fast. I usually order one at a time at a local grocery store but they were out of stock which ended up saving me money in the future. Low in sugar. Tastes great hot or cold. Nice smooth creamy texture, not too thick. Froths great! Only lasts about 7 days in the fridge after opening.

I discovered that this product is my favorite dairy-free creamer. It has no sugar and only a vague hint of vanilla flavor so I use it in some savory cooking. My only complaint is that the screw-on cap doesn’t always seat properly. So, when I give it a shake before using it, it has leaked out many times. I love that Califia Farms offers an organic version of their oat creamer because oats are a crop which is regularly sprayed with glyphosate. Also, the carton is recyclable in our community and I LOVE that it’s not in a plastic jug, which I am making every effort to reduce.

I ordered this on a particularly hot month this year thinking nothing of it.I hate the taste of oat milk but have tried this at target (3 cartons in 2 weeks) and it’s actually good. I wanted something more shelf stable for espresso drinks so I figured I’d try a bunch of oar milks and this one was by far the lest oaty (almost none that I can detect). So I went on Amazon because I could get a case of them and stop going to target every week for more. This batch (I’ve opened two) are sooooo oaty. My wife (an avid oat milk drinker) even said that these do not taste at all the same. The only thing we can think is they warmed up too much in the truck in transit compared to grocery stores that probably get shipments in climate controlled trucks. Or target has ‘the good factory’.The oils were also starting to separate in it despite being half a year out from the expiration date. This is another point to hot transit changing the product I think.Tldr: maybe don’t order on a hot day. It’s not bad if you like oat milk but if you are looking for the least oat flavored oat milk (and like this brand from the grocery store) then I’d say keep getting it local.. Just buy two at a time or something.

Disappointing, this has a much nuttier taste than the non-organic version. But for health reasons I don’t want to go back to the old version now. I hope they try and figure out how to fix the taste of this version.
